You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the from conclusion of the brokerage contract (2017.06.25). To exercise your right of cancellation you must notify us at Frontline Berlin GmbH by means of a clear statement (eg, by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to observe the revocation period it is necessary for you to send the notification about your withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract you are entitled to a full repayment of the payments made by you. Refunds will be paid within fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received by us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise where you will be charged any appropriate fees for this repayment.
The receiver of this Expose confirms that the project and, or property detailed above, has been introduced, presented, visited or demonstrated by FrontLine Berlin GmbH. The information within this agreement is confidential.
This agreement is not transferrable to other parties and is exclusively between the signatories. In the event of a client purchasing a property through an introduction by FrontLine Berlin then a commission of 7.14% of the purchase price is payable to FrontLine Berlin by the buyer. This commission payment is due at the time of the notary certification of the purchase agreement.
In the event that a purchase of the above property is concluded through a third party then the commission (including tax) to FrontLine Berlin remains payable as a result of the initial introduction. FrontLine Berlin reserves the right to collect this commission from the purchaser and, or agent in connection with the above property.
